Coaching Care Partners and Support Systems
Whether working alone or with a greater care team, most of us start the caregiving journey without adequate knowledge or energy - especially if caregiving starts in a crisis. My role is to prepare you to understand the choices and challenges ahead.
I can work with you, your loved one, and/or a larger care team to make sure you each have the resources you need, including social support, respite care, and information.

Some examples of care resources available along the caregiving journey:
Most care teams will not reach out for support until they are overwhelmed; to avoid this, I recommend setting up a retainer. Order 10 or more hours of services ahead (at a discount) and they will be available when you need them.
