Before I ever attended graduate school, I was regularly speaking in undergraduate classrooms to season learning with on-the-ground patterns and experiential data.

All these years later, it's still one of my favorite ways to engage with academia, helping to bridge topics that are under-studied with perspectives that are oversimplified.

Most of the time, I bring a custom presentation and leave plenty of time for Q&A, but sometimes I just read the week's assignment and contribute to the class discussion.

Here are some example departments to whom I've delivered my experiential topics:

  • Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing

  • Department of Philosophy

  • Department of Physical Therapy

  • Department of Social Work

  • Department of Psychology

  • Department of Sociology

You can review my Curriculum Vitae, or contact me to check availability for the coming semester.

Schedule permitting, virtual classroom appearances are typically available at no cost. Instructors are welcome to buy me lunch or support my academic work in other ways.
