The process of capturing, assessing, and streamlining institutional knowledge is vital as young organizations mature, such as during leadership transitions or after rapid expansion. Every institution or community group leaves behind a bigger message than they may realize. What does yours say about you?

I offer several services toward the process, such as:

  • Gathering, reviewing, and summarizing digital and/or printed materials over time.

  • Performing exit interviews for executives, key figures, or staff.

  • Comparing external communications with internal practices.

  • Translating any of the above into internal documents, training materials, or celebration media.
