ACADEMIANEWSLETTERS

MY APPEARANCES
Nothing public I can share at this time, but I do want to highlight a few things:
I blogged in response to Pew Research Center's decision to stop utilizing age-birth cohorts (AKA "generations") to report most of their studies. There are certainly methodological reasons for this, but I argue to continue and even improve generational models in caregiving research.
I helped facilitate and scribe for a recent 2-day workshop hosted by the National Institution on Aging discussing the future of population studies in dementia research; it felt good to facilitate in a research setting, and our work that day will one day be available to guide future research.
I'm tagged in a colleague's LinkedIn blog, but I'm hoping to develop a further conversation in my own piece.
