My approach to outreach starts on the ground: who are the individuals we want to reach, what connections do they share, and what are all the ways we can reach them?

I'm not a marketer, so if you're looking for a blanket sales strategy I probably can't help you. But for community projects, specialized recruitment (for study participants or volunteers), or niche projects, I can work with your team to identify gaps and strengthen awareness through such activities as networking, social media, and public events.

Relationship-building relies heavily on whether a population can see itself in your program. My goals are similar to those of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion or Cultural Humility initiatives, but with a personalized, interactive approach; grounded in local demographics and history, my facilitated workshops remove the abstract qualities of "the past" or "the country" and contextualizes the present moment for your team alone.
